When looking to install new applications on mobile symbian v3, you may never find the message "certificate error, contact the dealer blah blah" "Certificate Error - Contact the application supplier".
This occurs because the application is not in the installed applications that are not signed, so is the error message appears.
To overcome this there is a simple tips you can do.
Go to Menu → Tools → App. Manager → Options → Settings → Software installation - then change it to "All",
Then restart (power off and on again) your mobile phone.
Good luck
note
These tips apply only to some cell phones symbian v3
